Pool, lawn and open-air recreation
Spend time on the private lawn and around the adult-size party pool. Pool access is subject to operational availability, maintenance and caretaker instructions, with a pool changing room and separate lawn bathroom available.
Outdoor recreation includes a projector screen, speaker, board games and BBQ equipment for open-air evenings.
A restful private residence
The fully furnished 3 BHK residence accommodates up to 10 guests with three themed king-bed bedrooms and three attached bathrooms. Essential infrastructure includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, filtered RO drinking water, diesel generator backup, solar support, emergency lighting, CCTV security and an on-site caretaker.

Silver Oak Estate hosts approved private daytime gatherings for up to 40 people, with indoor gathering capacity for up to 20 people. Events above 40 people require prior written approval after an operational and safety review.
Optional arrangements such as catering, DJ arrangements, photography shoots and event-related amenities are available only on request, subject to availability, written confirmation and a case-by-case assessment.
Optional services and event arrangements are available on request and will be confirmed in writing before payment and booking confirmation.
