STANDARD BOOKING SLOT
Slot Timings & Occupancy Period
- Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
- Checkout Time: 10:00 AM the following day
- Slot Duration: standard 23-hour slot (23 hours total occupancy period).
Property Use & Capacity Guidelines
OVERNIGHT STAYS
Up to 10 guests
Full access to the 3 BHK residence across 3 king-bed bedrooms.
INDOOR GATHERINGS
Up to 20 people
Seating capacity across the main hall and dedicated dining area.
DAYTIME EVENTS
Up to 40 people
Capacity information for standard daytime gatherings at the property.
Events above 40 people require prior written approval after an operational and safety review.
Parking space is available for 3 vehicles inside the property and 10+ vehicles outside the property.
Payment Schedule & Written Confirmation
- Weekday Booking Rate: ₹15,000 for the standard 23-hour slot.
- Weekend Booking Rate: ₹20,000 for the standard 23-hour slot.
- Booking Advance: ₹5,000 flat advance required upon reservation.
- Balance Payment: Remaining balance payable at check-in before property access.
- Taxes & GST: GST is not currently charged. Applicable GST may be added only after registration and will be disclosed before payment and booking confirmation.
Final pricing and applicable charges will be confirmed in writing before payment and booking confirmation.
Booking Terms Summary
- Booking Advance: ₹5,000, adjusted against the total booking price.
- Refundable Security Deposit: a separate ₹5,000, which is not part of the booking price and not part of the booking advance. Ordinarily refunded within 24–48 hours after checkout and inspection, less any documented deduction.
- Minimum Booking Age: the person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
- Written Confirmation: a booking is confirmed only after approved availability, written pricing, required payment and a written booking confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve the property, and payment alone does not automatically confirm a booking.
- Rescheduling: 1 complimentary reschedule when requested at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability and written confirmation.
Cancellation Summary
- More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund of refundable booking amounts.
- From 7 to 14 days before check-in (inclusive of both days): 50% refund of refundable booking amounts.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after approval; bank or payment-provider processing time applies after initiation. Where the refundable security deposit has been paid and the property has not been accessed with no damage or recoverable expense, that deposit is returned in full.
Optional Service Arrangements
Optional arrangements such as catering, DJ arrangements, photography shoots and event-related amenities are available only on request, subject to availability, written confirmation and a case-by-case assessment.
